FitzRoy are recruiting full time day Support Workers for our supported living service in Witney.
You will be supporting four adults (three males and one female) in their 20s and 30s who have learning disabilities and autism, and may display behaviours that challenge. This is a rewarding opportunity to support people to live independently while promoting wellbeing, safety and choice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team. The people we support all have different personalities, needs and interests, meaning every shift can be different. You will play a vital role in encouraging independence and supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives
