Flexible shifts - days, nights, sleep-in (paid at £12.21 per hour), weekends

Waking night shifts paid at an extra £0.50 per hour

Support our people and build meaningful relationships with them based on a variety of factors including trust, kindness and equality

Support transitions where appropriate

Complete accurate record keeping including daily checks and BMC’s

Follow care & support plans whilst making contributions to changes
