Support Worker

Job Description Camphill Milton Keynes is proud to have recently welcomed four new residential homes into their portfolio. We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team at these residential care homes in South Northamptonshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. This is hands-on, person-centred care work. You’ll support residents with their daily routines, personal care, mealtimes, activities and health needs — building genuine relationships and helping people thrive. You’ll act as key worker for a group of residents, maintaining their support plans and working closely with families and other professionals. The role may include day shifts, evening shifts, sleep-ins and waking night shifts on a rotating basis, including weekends and bank holidays. A full UK driving licence is highly desirable as our homes are in rural locations.
