Support Worker

Responsibilities

Providing full personal care, including bathing and support with continence needs.

Supporting medication and specialist dietary needs (due to dysphagia).

Assisting with shopping, daily routines and household tasks.

Supporting attendance at appointments and social activities.

Encouraging participation in hobbies and community life.

Providing consistent, engaging support that builds trust and confidence.

Having a good knowledge of the local area and bus routes to help him access the community.

Qualifications

Must be a driver with a Full UK/EU Manual Driving Licence.

Will need to provide a copy of the driving licence at onboarding.

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: £14.01ph. Hours: 32 hours per week.

Long Day Sleep-In Shift: 9am - 9am the following day (Weekdays & Weekends – Includes Sleep-In Shift). Sleep-In Shift: 11pm-7am (£50 per shift). Flexibility required to work...
