Role Overview

We are looking for warm, positive and respectful individuals who are committed to providing person‑centred support to individuals in Swinton, Salford. As a member of our team, you will support people with a physical disability, helping them with daily tasks to promote independence and lead fulfilling, valued lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing practical and emotional support to people with physical disabilities and complex health needs.
  • Developing the independence of service users by supporting them to access the community.
  • Working effectively as part of a team and working on your own initiative.

Training & Career Development

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
