Location: Deal

Pay: £12.90 per hour (additional evening/weekend pay of £0.50, overtime rate of £1)

Hours: Full time; typical shifts include weekdays, weekends, sleep‑ins; rota varies.

Overview

Join Voyage Care to support residents in a friendly residential setting in Deal. You will help them gain independence, teach life skills, provide personal care and encourage community participation.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living tasks, personal care and medication where required; teach essential life skills; support residents in accessing local communities; organise and facilitate social activities; work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
