Location: Ringwood
Salary: £12.71 - £12.80 per hour
Hours: Full Time or Part time
Shift Times: Days 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM or Nights 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a service located in Ringwood. You will be supporting older adults living with mental health conditions and dementia within a specialist inpatient hospital setting. Working alongside nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person‑centred care and supporting positive outcomes for patients.
Requirements
- Previous care or support work experience is desirable
- Positive, caring and compassionate approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
