We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at our 25 acute beds, across two wards for men and women who have enduring mental health problems..
Details:
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
Ability to work effectively within a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
