Support Worker

Complex Communities Foundation Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Support Workers to provide person-centred assistance to people with disability and complex support needs.

The successful candidate will support participants to live safely, independently and confidently while promoting dignity, choice, inclusion and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide respectful, person-centred support in accordance with each participant’s individual care plan.
2. Assist participants with personal care, hygiene, dressing, grooming and daily living activities.
3. Support participants with meal preparation, medication assistance and household tasks.
