We are now recruiting for a Support Worker tojoin our friendly well-established teamsat our Residential service in Dereham, Norfolk.

We support6 individuals in our home.Each individual isprovided with care and support tailored to their individual needs, be that complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.

Care is provided around the clock. We take particular pride in therange of activities and wellbeing events we provide. You will often find yourself out onoffsite activities, day trips and holidays.Some examples of community activities include Horse Riding, bowling, swimming and music lessons.
