Support Worker

Female Support Worker Contract: 2 x 21‑hour contract on wake nights (22:00 – 08:30, Monday–Sunday). Pay rate: £15 per hour, with weekly or monthly pay available. We are seeking compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic female support workers to join our team in Kidderminster. In this rewarding role you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a young girl in her family home who has behavioural needs and childhood‑onset epilepsy, helping her feel safe, supported and empowered to thrive.
