Support Worker

**About the Role**You will provide person-centred support to individuals living with a disability, helping them feel safe, respected and supported in their daily lives. Shifts may include **overnights and weekends**, supporting participants in their home environment.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Providing respectful **personal care** and daily living support* Assisting with transfers using a **hoist** (experience preferred but training will be provided)* Supporting participants overnight to ensure comfort and safety* Building trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate support**About You**You bring a **caring and compassionate approach** to supporting people with disability and are **reliable, dependable and committed** to consistently showing up for participants.
