Support Worker – January Cover / Days and Nights

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly flexible Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a service user throughout January and potentially Ad-Hock shifts after this.

The role involves supporting an individual who may display some challenging behaviour, so applicants must be confident, patient, and experienced in this type of support.

Key Requirements:

  • Full flexibility throughout January – no restrictions on availability due to the client’s needs
  • Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
  • Enhanced DBS (in date)
  • Relevant, in-date training certificates (e.g. Safeguarding, Manual Handling, PMVA/First Aid etc)
  • Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach
  • Driving License and access to own car is essential

    • Shift Patterns:

    Waking Night & Day

    8am - 8pm
    8pm - 8am (Waking Night)
