Supported Living Workers – Exeter


We’re recruiting Supported Living Workers to support our client in their own home in Exeter.

We offer a range of flexible shift patterns, including:

  • 8am – 8pm
  • 8pm – 8am (waking nights)
  • 10am – 6pm
  • 3pm – 11pm
  • Shift times may vary depending on service needs

    • Pay


  • £12.40 – £13.85 per hour – Weekly pay every Friday via PAYE
  • Higher rates for nights and weekends

  • Supporting individuals to live independently
  • Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and medication
  • Supporting social activities and community access
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and independence
  • Keeping clear and accurate records
