Job Title: Support Worker Reports to: Social Care Team Leader Location: Dublin-based services Contract Type: Part-Time Working Hours: 84.5 hours per month on a 7-day roster Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Premiums: o 50% Sunday premium o Double time on Bank Holidays o Saturday shift allowance Salary: €35,850 - €39,723 DOE (pro rata for part time positions) Job Purpose The Support Worker will assist people with intellectual disabilities and/or age-related support needs to live self-directed, dignified, and fulfilling lives within their communities.
