What skills and experience are we looking for in candidates?
Minimum of 12 months experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs
Dedicated, honest, reliable and compassionate nature
Excellent communication skills
Experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge
Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamResponsibilities:
Provide support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Daily tasks will often include personal care, meal preparation and moving and assisting
