Northcott is looking for Male Support Worker's to work across our Dapto In‑Home & Community Services on a casual basis.

About The Role:
You will empower people with disability to live as independently and confidently as possible through skill‑building, wellbeing support, and community inclusion.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver person-centred support that promotes independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
- Assist with personal care tasks while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect.
- Support mobility and safe manual handling using hoists and assistive equipment.
- Follow individualised care plans, including support for complex health needs (e.g. epilepsy, wound care).
