Job role: Care Leavers Support Worker

Location: Trevone House, Gloucester (City Centre).

Reporting to: Senior Support Worker/Team Leader

Salary: £29,116 per annum

Shift Pattern: will be on the rota to ensure the delivery of the bespoke services to support young people residing in Trevone House and work on a rolling rota of 12-hour shifts from 7.30 – 7.30. The rotational shift pattern will be 4 on 4 off - 2 days followed by 2 nights then 4 off.
