Overview

Support Worker We’re looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join our Pelham Road service in Gravesend. This role involves supporting an existing staff team with an excellent value base to help the customer build their life and develop their skills as an independent person. The Pelham Road Service is for people with learning disabilities, Autism and Complex needs.

Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. This includes providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.

All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK by the start of employment as Look Ahead are not able to offer sponsorship.
