We're currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Burnham on Sea. Within close proximity to the sea, this medium size home has a recently updated sensory room with unlimited access for the people we support. It has a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people! As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision's, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
