Job Description

MPA are recruiting for Support Workers in the Ballycastle area. This position will be based in Nursing Home, Residential and Day Centre settings with an immediate start available. The pay rate is £12.70 - £15.25 per hour. The role will involve working with service users with adults with various additional needs and provide a high standard of care to residents. As this position is ongoing this would be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a well-established team with family friendly work hours!

Role Responsibilities

  1. Providing a high standard of personal care and support to service users
  2. Providing assistance at meal times
  3. Promoting independence where possible
  4. Providing support with mobility
  5. General housekeeping duties
  6. Communicating with residents and making them feel comfortable
