Support Worker – Torquay – £13.14 per hour

Location: Torquay

Salary: £13.14 per hour

Typical shift pattern: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 20:30, with alternate weekends.

We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

Responsibilities

  • Help people gain more independence in daily life.
  • Assist with personal care and teach new life skills.
  • Encourage access to local communities, support socialising and activities.
  • Work within a dynamic team to support a group of individuals.
