This is a hands-on support role working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will provide person-centred support, promote independence, and help people achieve positive outcomes, while developing your skills through training and career progression opportunities.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday to Sunday (working every other weekend). 12.25 hour shifts, days 09:30 - 21:45 and nights 21:30 - 09:45.
