• Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines

• Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
• This role can involve lone working, with on‑call support available 24 hours a day.
