• Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential.

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team supporting one gentleman in his 60s who lives independently. He has a profound learning disability and cerebral palsy and communicates without words, instead using eye contact, smiles, and visual choices to express himself. He enjoys being around people and is happiest when actively engaged. His interests include tractors, music (especially brass bands), puzzles, people watching, and going out for drives.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide full support with routines and throughout the night support when required, alongside supporting him to access his local community and enjoy his interests. You will work as part of a team, particularly when supporting with moving a...
