About the role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide trauma-informed, person-centered support to help clients progress in their recovery by:

• Supporting clients in their homes and out in the community
• Assisting with daily living tasks, cognitive activities, and behaviour support
• Encouraging independence and skill development
• Working alongside families, allied health professionals, and clinical teams
• Completing simple, accurate care documentation

What you’ll need

• A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
