Support Technician

At Frasers Group, our Maintenance Engineering team keeps the operation running in real time.

We’re looking for a Support Technician to join the team. This is an entry route into engineering where you’ll contribute from day one, working on live automation with experienced technicians around you, people who will step in when it matters, but also expect you to step up. You’ll be working on high-volume, automated systems, conveyors, sortation, and storage technology operating at scale.

Responding When It Matters

• Provide front-line support on live equipment, working alongside Maintenance Technicians during breakdowns.
• Respond quickly when a conveyor or sorter stops, follow direction, and bring the system back online.
• Build confidence working independently on smaller issues and as part of a team during larger faults.
