As a Central Support Agent, you will help Veepee’s marketplace channel scale to its full potential by centralizing and managing daily technical support for brands and retailers.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast and useful support to marketplace teams and connected sellers via FreshDesk, managing and categorizing tickets and ensuring timely responses.
- Communicate issues and bugs to marketplace teams.
- Co‑ordinate with product owners, product teams and external partners to identify, escalated risks, issues and challenges, and assist in tool improvements.
- Create and manage reports and analysis.
Qualified Profile
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
- Knowledge of marketplace/API specific tools, proficiency in MS Office (Excel/OpenOffice) and web tools.
- Database comprehension and IT skills.
- Detailed knowledge of marketplace flows.
