Job Description
We are seeking a
Support Technician
to join Upstart AEC in a full-time, fully remote role. This position supports an AI-driven trade simulation and execution platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both internal teams and external users.
The Support Technician will serve as the first point of contact for technical and operational issues, providing Tier 1–2 support across the web-based platform. This role combines technical troubleshooting, user onboarding, system monitoring, payment support, and compliance awareness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working in a SaaS environment where data accuracy and regulatory standards matter.
