Job Summary

The support staff will be responsible for completing assessments and implementing training plans for the individuals. You will assist and support individuals to make healthy choices that maximize their potential and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Work one on one or with a maximum group of 5 to develop independence skills.
• Assist and coach individuals in budgeting and managing finances, cooking and cleaning, basic maintenance and upkeep, and teach daily living skills.
• Provide transportation in and outside of the community, access health and community services, attend events, and participate in social and/or recreational activities.
