Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Document Handling, Asset Inventory, Accounting Support, acts as a liason and support to the whole Department

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Associate degree or Undergraduate of any business/ computer related course with office clerical tasks
  • Effective in handling and management of data (both hard copy and soft copy)
  • Proficient in using spreadsheet (Excel), documents (Word), and presentation (Power point)
  • Knowledgeable in accounting-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Document Handling
  • Able to analyze processes and suggests/ implement improvements
  • Can multitask and work under pressure with strong attention to details and quality of work
