At Urchin Systems we are looking for a new member for our customer support team in LATAM. If you have 1 or more years of experience in technical support with clients, advanced English level and good communication skills, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions regarding the use of company software products.
  • Log, categorize, and track incidents reported by end-users in the support ticketing system.
  • Validate end-user bug reports and escalate issues to the IT team when necessary.
  • Provide assistance to clients with the help of various internal tools.
  • Ensure the clients use the products correctly.
  • Suggest software enhancements based on end-user feedback.
  • Assist with data entry and data correction when requested.
