About the role
We're looking for an experienced, proactive individual to join our team as our very first
Support Specialist
. In this role, you'll handle inbound support inquiries from Techspert's customers and experts and manage monthly payment runs to our expert network.

Expert Verification and Payments
- Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of timely and accurate payments to our network of experts, in collaboration with the Finance team.
