It focuses on ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT services, infrastructure components and supporting systems in the Data & Analytics area.
Duties Description:
- Provide day-to-day E2E L1/L2 support for Problem, Change and Incident Management tasks for the service in compliance with defined processes
- Identify, handle, analyze, and resolve issues and requests raised by stakeholders and clients
