Job Purpose

Identifying inventory requirements, setting targets, providing

replenishment technique & options. Monitoring item usages, reconciling the inventory balances &

reporting the inventory status. Store also support business by planning & implementing local

transportation for incoming stores material Job Challenges: Timely preparation of material

GRIN for available for consumption, accounting process & to update stock position. Timely

material issue activity support for accurate stock information to purchase, production &

engineering department. Physical verification of store item is to cross check the difference if any

against book balance. Timely closing of monthly store activities to establish various accounting

control in the process. Providing day to day MIS of raw material for planning purpose.
