Support Services Specialist A&I (Hardline, E&E)
+ Manage assigned client accounts and oversee all related project activities.
+ Coordinate inspection schedules with factories and the scheduling team, and confirm arrangements with clients and suppliers/factories.
+ Prepare client quotations, enter costs into the invoicing system, and process monthly billing for payment collection.
+ Obtain inspection requirements and specifications from clients, communicate to inspectors in advance, and coordinate the resolution of inspection-related issues.
+ Translate inspection criteria and requirements, when necessary, to support inspection activities.
+ Maintain, update, and file inspection documents on a daily basis.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between clients and inspectors, ensuring clear communication, understanding of inspection criteria, and compliance with client requirements.
