Communicate with US-based clients (hospitals, clinics, doctors) via portals, phone, and email to resolve issues.
Work with internal teams to solve client problems and improve software.
Ensure quality checks for client requests and software updates.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for services like billing, prescriptions, and lab setups.
Stay informed about medical billing trends and updates.
Qualifications/Skills
A bachelor's degree (Preferably BBA or Mass Communication) from a reputable university
Punctuality is a must.
Good English communication skills are essential.
Basic understanding of medical billing, reporting, and EDI interchange is a plus.
