If you can think outside the box when trying new things you might be the new part time (16 hours per week) Support Practitioner we are looking for.

The role and the individual you will support

Working as part of our small team you’ll be supporting a young lady who loves nothing more than keeping active. From taking part in social activities to going to night clubs and themed ‘Come Dine With Me’ events with her friends, there is never a dull moment
