What you'll do

You'll support individuals independently Here at Cornerstone, the support that we provide is centred around assisting individuals to identify and work towards their goals. We work with the individuals to develop personal plans that reflect their choices, individual support needs and capabilities.

You'll support individuals to manage their own homes increase and maintain their independence and encourage and support them with personal care and their social, health and wellbeing needs.
