Link-Worldwide is seeking a Support Operations Trainer in Mexico City to deliver and monitor training impact for various business partners. The successful candidate will facilitate new hire training and also be involved in performance management through targeted interventions.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and be the face of Customer Experience for new hires, helping to bridge gaps in training and enhancing efficiency.
