Device Configuration and Equipment Management - Ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of devices, including managing equipment supply chains and stock levels. Data Analysis and Process Improvement - Analyze customer concerns and service requests to identify trends and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency. Knowledge Management - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases, ensuring easy access to solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
