About The Role:

Our team delivers the NDIS Local Area Coordinator Program for the Rockhampton & surrounding areas. Our Support Officers are an essential part of our everyday operations, and your passion, motivation and customer service expertise are paramount to the success of the team and our work supporting the community! This position will provide administrative support to all levels of the NDIS Local Area Coordinator Program team.  This includes welcoming, providing information to participants, families, and carers, as their first point of contact with the organisation.

Our future Superstar will have extremely high attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing competing priorities, experience in engaging with the community, great sense of humour and strong IT skills - please note your location preference in your cover letter!
