Support MUREX / Murex Support (Quebec City)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to system users, especially Front Office, ensuring clear communication.
• Investigate and resolve incidents in collaboration with other support teams working on the Murex platform.
• Perform regular production checks and ensure proper execution of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with development teams to address production issues and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Foster effective communication and cooperation with local support teams in Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Bangalore.
• Facilitate product training sessions for end users.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing platform stability and quality.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of financial markets, especially Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Repos and Interest Rate Derivatives.
