Home Support (Short Term Intervention)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Support Managers in Home First Community to lead a team delivering high-quality home support services to adults with short-term reablement needs. One post is permanent and the other is temporary for 12 months. 

In this role, you will play a vital part in helping people maintain independence and remain safely in their own homes through a flexible, person-centred approach.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing a team of Support Workers to deliver safe, responsive and high-quality care

  • Overseeing support plans tailored to individuals, including those with complex or changing needs

  • Ensuring services meet and exceed regulatory standards and best practice
