In our Consulting and Support organization, this means that we will take even greater steps to ensure comprehensive support for our customers.
We are now looking for a business‑driven leader to take on the position of Support Manager, leading a team of ~10 employees. You will be responsible for our SaaS customers’ service and SD Worx Academy trainings for our customers. You will also have an important role in internal improvement initiatives and competence development. You will report to the Director, Consulting and Support Finland.
Together with your team, you will ensure high‑quality application support and continuous development of our customer service.
