Technical Skillset

  • Enterprise hardware support (Servers, Storage, Backup solutions)
  • Networking (routing, switching, basic security concepts)
  • Surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs – Hikvision/Dahua)
  • Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise environments
  • Ticketing systems, escalation frameworks, and service tools

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in IT support/services
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a team lead or managerial role
  • Strong exposure to OEM/vendor-side support environments
  • Proven expertise in RMA and warranty handling processes
