Description
We're looking for a Support Lead Manager to lead a critical operational initiative: ensuring the reliability of mission-critical systems where failure results in significant financial loss for our clients.
This is a high-trust technical role with real scope. Your primary mission is two-fold: act as the ultimate shield for our core engineering and executive teams and serve as the Reliability Engineering Evangelist for the entire organization.
You will prevent operational noise and issues from escalating to Tech Leads, allowing them to remain focused on development. Simultaneously, you will not just fix broken things—you will push the development teams to build things that don't break, influencing architecture and code quality to prevent incidents before they happen.
