This Could Be The Perfect Challenge If You Have
+5 years of experience providing support level 1 and 2;
Experience resolving incidents and managing RITMs:
Expertise in Service Now (mandatory);
Experience in ITIL V4 and IPCR Management processes;
Fluency in English (mandatory).
