Support Executive/ Junior Functional Consultant

Role Overview:
The Support Executive / Junior Functional Consultant will support MyHCM customers by delivering functional training, assisting with system deployments, and providing day-to-day application support across MyHCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver functional training on MyHCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, and Employee Self-Service.
• Support MyHCM implementation and deployment activities, including data setup and go-live support.
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 application support for MyHCM customers through tickets, calls, and emails.
• Understand client HR and payroll processes and align them with MyHCM system configurations.
• Assist customers during UAT, parallel runs, and payroll validations.
• Support master data setup (employees, shifts, salary structures, policies).
• Document MyHCM workflows, user manuals, and training materials.
