We are seeking aSupport Engineer Tier 2to provide advanced technical support to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our Tier 1 support team to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong technical background.
